Some details they Must have mentioned here before and I would not have booked: 1- reception is only available from 11 am to 8:30 pm Singapore time. 2- they do not provide except one towel every two days for a single pod nor do they clean the pod regularly. I was about to take a bath at 1 am when I discovered there was no new towel inside my pod. When I whatsapped their customer service she said I did not tell them I need a towel that day so they assumed a towel every two days is okay lol. The next morning I ordered two towels and the whatsapp customer service told me I am only allowed to have one towel per single pod. Please do you assume I should use the same towel for two days for bath??? Also I got locked out of my room coz I forgot the key inside the capsule and since there was no reception that time i waited 40 minutes on the rooftop until they answered on whatsapp and guided me on how to open the pod. The price they take is way over the services they offer. Not having a physical receptionist 24/7 is very inconvenient. Also one romanian tourist was checking in at night and did not know his room number so I woke up hearing noises of his trials to open the pod, and it was not his fault coz they wrote him an unclear message about the instructions and of course no receptionist at that time to help.

overall good stay
Overall a good place to stay especially for the price. The Pod was a bit too warm for me and there is an annoying blue light that cannot be turned off but overall good for the price.

Like what most comments here, the mattress is indeed thin compared to other capsules we've been to (which were way more cheaper). Also the breakfast is just okay. Had better breakfast from other capsules for lower price. Not all toilets have bidet which is quite disappointing too. We're lucky to have the lower bunk. But every movement would really create squirky noise which we suspect might annoy the one staying at the higher bunk. Overall, the place is fancy and spacious.

Very good. If you can not go up steep stairs then request low bunk. Also stairs to get to the PODS.

Good with minor annoyances
Very clean and in good condition. Only minor annoyances: Not a lot of secure luggage storage space - the locker will fit most small suitcases and backpacks, but not big suitcases. Also a blue light was in the ventilator and that could not be turned off, it's a bit annoying to have a blue light shining on your head all night. Lighting in the capsules is fine, but the only "light" option for lighting has the light shining directly into your face on the pillow, which is not so convenient if you want only a slight bit of light. Mattress is very thin (5 cm?) and was uncomfortable at times but surprisingly my back doesn't hurt from it. They do give you 2 giant pillows for each person which is nice but a bit annoying because they take up a lot of space in a small capsule.

We had a great experience at this location. The facilities were very clean. Our double bed Pod was clean and felt spacious enough for 2 ppl.

Great location, right in Arab st in the Bugis area. The pods are fairly thin walled though so can be noisy depending on the courtesy of your neighbours .

The place is basic, but clean, what you’d expect from a pod hotel. They offer toast and cereal for breakfast and have a lot of bars and cafes on walking distance. One bad thing is we used their laundry service and they messed up a couple of items (bleach on my black shirt... c’mon). Overall I say it’s good for a night or two.

Really enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely recommend only stay 3-4 days because living out of a capsule for a longer period would be miserable. The only major downsids to this place was that check-in wasn't til 3 pm and they only offered cereal and bread for breakfast, but eating breakfast on the rooftop definitely made up for it. The location was fairly central and the metro was only about a 5 min walk away. Highly recommended if you're looking for an affordable option in Singapore.

I really enjoyed my stay here. In-person it appeared to me as it showed online. Location was great. The place was nice and clean. Pods were comfortable to sleep in and I thought quite sizable (at least that was my opinion as a relatively tall young man). Would happily stay here again.

Very clean place, staff was very cooperative. I stayed 3 days which had no issues. The street is lively at night with live music and great options for dinner which made the stay more fun. Travelling via transit very convenient. Overall it was a great experience staying in the pod.

This place is great. It’s only been open for about a month so everything is in excellent condition. They also take pride in keeping it extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The pods are really comfortable and larger then typical. Bring a pair of earplugs to drown out your neighbors and you’ll sleep like a baby. The only issue is there arent regular charging ports. You do have 2 usb charge stations though and regular plugs are in common areas. The bathrooms are nice and very clean. 3 private stalls per floor, each with a toilet, separate from the shower. Lockers are very large. I could fit my 50 liter duffel, a full backpack, and a few bags of souvenirs. The neighborhood is dope. Good food, unique shops, and lively night life as you are next to Haji Lane.

New - clean but working through things
As it was brand new, everything was immaculate. On the other hand, they are still working out some of the kinks. They are not staffed overnight, but there is an emergency number if you need anything; the fire alarm was set off in the middle of the night and we had to wait over thirty minutes for someone to get there to turn it off.

Low budget - high quality - great location!!
Easy check in, great location, good free wifi, simple breakfast, clean and comfortable pods. This is the best alternative to traditional hostel stays as you get your privacy and the personal space also means that you don't experience the issues with noise that normally happens when sharing a room with a bunch of strangers.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in der Arab Street. Zu Fuß war man in 15 Minuten an der Marina aber auch rund um die Arab Street gab es schöne Nachbarschaften. Das Zimmer ist ganz klar wie ein Hostel-Zimmer, nur, dass man das Bett in der Nacht/wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist abschließen kann. Der Platz im Schrank hat für die meisten Koffer und Backpacks nicht ausgereicht, aber man hatte genug Platz sie daneben zu deponieren und konnte die Wertsachen/kleinere Taschen dann im abschließbaren Schrank deponieren. Der Check-in nach 18 Uhr hat super geklappt und es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wenn man etwas mehr Komfort möchte, dann ist das Met a Space Pod sicher nicht die beste Wahl, aber wenn man einfach einen Schlafplatz benötigt und etwas mehr Privatsphäre schätzt als in klassischen 10-Bett Zimmern, dann ist diese Unterkunft sicher eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Essen rund um die Unterkunft ist himmlisch!

チェックインは丁寧でスムーズ スタッフも親切です。 客層だけどインド人グループが時間問わず、話して居るのでうるさいです、そしてインド人特有の臭いがします。 朝食はトーストしか無いです カプセルが強化プラスチックで出来ているので、軋み音はがすごいです。

Bonne option pour les voyageurs solo.
Capsule très propre et spacieuse. La ventilation intégrée est appréciable. Cependant, l'accès aux douches/toilettes n'est pas adéquat, avec de l'eau par terre sans cesse. Par ailleurs, la température est très froide dans la pièce où sont les capsules, et la climatisation est inexistante dans les toilettes/douches, ce qui crée un choc de température assez important. De plus, l'insonorisation des capsules pourrait être améliorée.

近未来的なカプセル
ブギスはお土産を買うのもいいし、おしゃれなストリートで軽く飲むのもいいエリア。アラブストリートにあり、写真通りの近未来的なカプセル。カプセル以外は普通のホステル。カプセルは十分広く、タオルもある。昼、夜とも静かでした。シャワーとトイレは一緒ですがカーテンがあるので水浸しにはならなかった。ここなら再訪あり。
