This is a very clean, spacious property. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast on weekdays was more than adequate. The only negative is that it is not within easy walking distance from shops. However, it is only a 5 minute walk to a bus stop that can take one all the way downtown. Our son took a dip in the infinity pool but commented that the water was rather warm. Since the heat index was in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit daily the pool was still a welcome respite.

Property new and clean, but don’t serve breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, location is far away from the attraction, of course prices is lower, but transportation adds up, no stores and food near by. Won’t be back

We booked a room with queen bed but got 2 twin. It was a bit uncomfortable for us as we were travelling with infant. Granted they did give room upgrade. They seemed to be fully booked so we couldn't move. Breakfast was ok just fruits cereal and pastries. Front desk staff and bus driver were friendly but housekeeping was rude. They just enter the unit without knocking and one yelled at me for asking her to change sheets as she said she has lots of rooms to clean.

Very big room, very clean and comfort. Very convenient location, with shuttle bus to pick you to other locations. Breakfast provided on weekdays. As this is serviced residence, the clean up service ends early, and there is no slippers provided, need you bring your own....

the staff are friendly, the room is big. One thing about our room is that there is a smelly odor. We requested to change our room, but its full, so they gave us a purifier which doesn't really help.

Our stay was great at Le Grove , very clean , high speed internet had all the amenities . However they need to improve their breakfast. Great to stay with family/kids. Highly recommended

great for families
Overall the residences were good value for money with great amenities- we had a very comfortable 2 brm unit for a family of 5, swimming pool and tennis court in good condition.Only downside was that breakfast was only provided monday to friday. Shuttle service was useful but not frequent enough so we ended up taking taxis to town more often than not.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and well equipped kitchenette. Shuttle bus per hour to take guests into Orchard area. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or the gym. Hope to use these facilities on our next visit. Continental breakfast a bit basic. Although le grove is close enough to the mrt stations, the walk to these mrt stations in the heat and humidity was a bit tiring. Overall, we had a nice week staying at le grove

Good but privacy issue..
Great place and location for long stay. Would have rated higher if not because of one incident where the cleaner (room service) just barged in while we are still in the room without our permission to come in. We then realised the lock is faulty, even when you hve locked inside, you can still use your card to open the door from the outside. We lodged the complaint to the reception which was handled professionally by one of the staff called Mei. Her manager however just dismissed it saying maybe “language barrier” issue, the cleaner didn’t understand when we said “Wait!”. Please improve as this place has a huge potential. Maybe change the manager as a start.

Lovely place to stay!
Great location, loved it - very close to Orchard Rd shopping district. The Residence offers free shuttle services to several areas and was a great service! MRT is also close by for travels to the city. Room and Residence were also great, very clean and comfy with access to pool, gym and laundry facilities. Staff was very helpful too. Enjoyed our stay at LeGrove, will definitely return.

Beautiful place in a quiet location
We were given adjoining apartment rooms, which were immaculate, although we had booked a 2bedroom room. It was a tight fit around the kitchen and 2 seat table and unfortunately there was no tea or coffee provided. On weekends there was no breakfast or room service available. Located in a beautiful quiet area of the city and close to the bus and Orchard Rd. They have free shuttle bus trips throughout the day, which were handy.

Building internal looks and feel new.Rooms are decent size, facilities are good. Breakfast is only limited Monday-Friday and they only offer bread and fruits. Front desk service is not helpful and there is no support from anyone after hours.
