Stayed here just for a few hours though, it was a good experience. The nap room was too cold though, I can understand someone prefer cooler temperature. The staff was great. Although I had a bit tricky request at that time, they could resolved it nicer, especially handing over my request internally perfectly.

The staff were brilliant, however the sleeping area (Nap room) was very noisy these rooms are not complete rooms, partition walls which allows light and noise from other guests. Also it was extremely cold in the Nap Room areas. what sleep I did get which was minimal the bet was comfortable. Food provided really needs to be upgraded. The shower facilities was great. Will pay the extra in future to stay at a proper hotel within Changi Airport.

Don’t bother

The chairs are completely uncomfortable. The charging points are inconvenient and the food is awful. You’re better off finding a seat in the airport itself. It’s a complete waste of money. Don’t bother.

It beats the hassle of rushing in the early transport booking and missing some items to bring along the way. The food and drinks are basic as it is late in the night, For those who prefer solid night sleep and rest, this option is not for them as you need to rest on a chair which is not OSIM compatible. Extreme long waiting time ( in the middle of the night) to finally get served and have access to “the room”. Since it was not a closed off space just thin partitions that didn’t reach to the ceiling, it was impossible to sleep since there was constant noise and snoring coming from the other spaces…! This is NOT a hotel room…! Showers and toilets are on the corridor.

Got the confirmation email it's a one night room but finally told it's a 2-hour gym!!! The Receptionist's service and attitude was bad! Not solving the problem at all. Can't get rest during the 10 hours flight transit preriod! Very bad and not recommended!

ベッドがないことは承知していましたが、仮眠できる程度のソファがあると思っていました。ただの椅子が並んでいるだけで、空港のロビーにいるのとあまり変わりませんでした。T3のトランジットホテルは一応ベッドらしいものがありましたが。これならロビーの仮眠区画にいたほうが良かったです。

隣で深夜工事中でした

予約でトラブルがありましたがスタッフが懇切丁寧にフォローしていただきました。 でも隣での工事作業音は酷かったです。 たまたま耳栓を持っていたので何とかなりました。
