"Some up and downs. Greated very warmly. Then led a stray on parking. Front desk said I could park for free around the building instead of paying $44 a night for valet. Drove around all the parking was full for the Pirates game of which parking was $30. Came back and used valet of which the attendant was awesome. Forgot his name but he plays football at Duquesne University. Walls are thin each night you could hear the room next to ours. Second night there was a party going on. Security did not on the door and told them to turn off the music. They did abide to his request. I felt the mattress was way too soft and lumpy. The attendants that ran the coffee bar were awesome. Very personable. The view and location were amazing . Tighten the parking communication, upgrade the bed and some how monitor noise coming from the rooms, the stay would have been a 10. "

"The hotel is decent in terms of cleanliness and service however the hotel room my partner snd I stayed in was on the 6th floor (top floor) with exposed concrete ceilings and laminate flooring (hard to keep clean, feet felt dirty and sticky) and likely poorly insulated walls. This does not control sound absorption and acoustics very well. It was extremely echo-y and both nights we were woken up past midnight by the people beside us by just watching tv and chatting perhaps at a louder than normal volume however we could hear the tv word for word. We could also hear the transport trucks on the highway all night as well as the restaurant employees doing their garbage dump run which was directly below outside. Location is good and overall atmosphere was nice. "

"Nice property. 10 min walk away from Market square. 25 min walk to PNC. Its the only hotel I stay at in Pittsburgh."
