Horrible and don't even think I would let my dog sleep there. Couldn't even Get the key to work. Told them that I wouldn't stay there and didn't. Had to pay as sign said ,,"no refund,,,,,".

It was very old and run Down Construction on roof And police incident with other people in another room and someone went to jail!! Hotel was blocked off and couldn’t get in for an hr I will Never stay there again!! Not one person spoke.good English!! If your running a Buisness in this Country you should be able to speak the language good enough I can understand them. It took 3 days for them to come and fix my Tv

Nice folks there! Our tv didn’t work, and they immediately replaced it. There’s a nice gas station/convenience store across the parking lot. We will use this motel again! Lots of restaurants, Walmart, Lowe’s, etc., within a few miles away.

The hotel is dated. Could use a coat of paint. Room was clean and the bed comfortable.

This was an inexpensive room. The rug did have some stains. The paint in the bathroom was new but the trim was poorly finished and there were some cosmetic issues. The room was older but it was clean as was the bedding. The room door opens to the parking lot. There is a nice overhang with seating provided. For the price I am not upset. There was a wall AC unit and a TV. The TV Volume was not enough to overcome the AC noise. I am not a picky guy and believe that you get what you pay for. There are not many rooms and it was pretty quiet for a Friday night.

This property was nothing like bad reviews I saw. Room was clean, and not a critter trust me I check due to traveling a lot esp down south. I will say this was the smallest 1 room 10x12 room(not exaggerating the least) I’ve ever seen. They prob had it as a storage unit and threw a bed in here and called it a standard 1 double bed room. You get what you paid for I would stay again, I forgot my money in room and had go get my key back and they were nice to give me another at 8 am for that I was grateful.

Budget Inn is exactly what it says. No refunds of any kind once you book. The room is dingy and semi clean. I forgot a cord to my electric toothbrush in the bathroom and they refused to mail it to me. They confirmed they found it. I offered to pay for postage and any other costs, yet they still refused to mail it. Bad customer service.

At $60/weekend night, the Budget Inn is affordable. Staff were competent and available when needed. Rooms are smallish, but serviceable. Bathroom was clean; soap and shampoo provided. The TV lacked any news stations. The AC worked okay, though a little loud. Bed and bedding were comfortable. The couple in the room next to me were somewhat loud and it seemed like there was no sound proofing.
