「The room was mostly clean and the hotel looked great. The area was nice and easy to access. Breakfast was sub-par. Everything looked and tasted like it had been re heated. All of the food was cold. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for days.」

「The staff were nice and professional. Unfortunately, they had roaches in the room. This is a safety and health since the roaches could have easily gotten into my things. They need to fix this immediately.」

「It looks as if they are renovating rooms at this time. We had fresh paint and new flooring but the furniture was disintegrating due to water damage. The sheets and towels were washed but they were stained. There was dried gum wadded up on the edge of the night stand. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly though.」

When we stayed this time (May 2026) our room had broken shower amenities, we found dirty clothing, and the general feeling of our room was poorly maintained. The property overall looked clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'm hoping this time our poor room was a blip on the overall experience I have with this hotel chain.」
