"While the breakfast menu was satisfactory, the waiting time for a table was terrible. Also it was disappointing that a hotel of your size doesn’t have a proper restaurant for dinner. The task of dining was placed on your lounge area; a surprisingly inadequate choice. "

"Three of the four lamps in my room did not work. The bar tender who served dinner while I was sitting at the bar was very polite and pleasant but she has had no training abiut servjng a meal."

"The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and there was always someone available to help. Nice location. It felt very safe no matter the time of day or night. Quick walk to many restaurants and the metro station."

"The best thing was the shuttle service. They took u to the airport, airport rental car and to nearby stores and restaurants if didn’t have transportation they also served continental breakfast Unfortunately, the pool is outside so it wasn’t open Additionally, I had bugs ( ants?) in my room. They had to come in the middle of my stay and spray and did not offer me anything for that inconvenience. They acted like it was normal Also I had to call the front desk 3 times to quie down the adjacent room that made noise thru to about 2am"
