「Clean hotel and close to everything」

「Obviously renovations withstanding this is a great hotel. Close to everything and the staff were more than accommodating and friendly. Parking was easy and free and the room was very clean. 」

「Great stay. I'd definitely stay again. Great location for walking the boardwalk. AC unit was hard to keep the temperature even in the room, but no big deal to me, I let them know. I did not use any amenities (no breakfast), they do have coffee, hot chocolate, etc in the lobby. It's the oldest hotel in the area, so don't expect the be glorious! They are updated. No issues for me and I travel all year! 」

「Here's the good: - nice location - clean linens and carpet - nice pier to sit on overlooking the bay. Everything else: Booked a month or so ago. Arrived to discover they were renovating parts of the hotel, and that my room was directly over top of where workmen were cutting large slabs of marble with saws. 「The room we upgraded to was awesome! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all the amenities one would need and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The location to the beach was perfect for the Doodles in Dewey event we came down for. The woman with the terrible attitude at the front desk really ruined it for us at this place. Make sure you PRINT out your confirmation paperwork because it sounds like their rules and rates change often (parking/ dog fees etc). Parking...
