「The amenities at the Avenue Inn & Spa were plentiful. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, hot tub, wine & cheese, indoor pool, cookies, and sauna were a few of the amenities. However, the floors in the rooms were not as clean as I expected. The floors in the common areas were decent, and the atmosphere was cozy. 「Another great stay at the Hotel Rehoboth! We booked a suite with a balcony (same room we had the previous year) and the bathroom had been nicely renovated. Very quiet area but still close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good but we booked a later time and often there wasn’t a lot of fruit left. Parking is easy and they have a convenient bike rack near the entrance.」

「Whole experience was very satisfactory, property is maintained well, room are very spacious especially the bathroom is huge. I love the fact that was so many kids channels at the TV, my kid loved watching her favorite cartoons. Great experience, we will come back.」

「We stayed for one night, the suite was very large, very nice size. But we woke to a major ant infestation the next morning. I set my makeup bag on the floor next to my bed (window side of the room), and when I woke up the next morning, it was covered in ants, thousands of ants. There was nothing sugary or unusual in my makeup bag that I could attribute to drawing the ants. We had to vacate the room early. Management did not offer any compensation and did not seem to take our complaint...

Parking around town is $4 an hour. This hotel is conveniently located so you should be able to walk every place and not be ripped off by paying outrageous parking fees.」

「The staff was very kind, accommodating and hospitable! We arrived early and we were able to check in upon arrival. The room was well appointed and clean. We we're also able to enjoy amenities from their sister hotel a couple blocks away. Everything was truly exceptional. We had a great stay! 👍」

「Our room was not cleaned when we got there at 3. They did let us park which was great but came back at 4:15 and still not ready. Very kind lady at desk I think her name is Karen really apologized . We had things for the fridge and unloaded the car and sat outside the room until staff was done at 4:30. This was our first visit to that hotel so didn’t make a great impression. Thanks」

「Fantastic Location, and we rented an Ocean Front Apartment, so that was the best part of our stay at the Henelopen. There was a delayed check-in due to the cleaning staff; we had to call to request clean towels everyday; there was no room service (trash, towels, sweeping,...) the entire stay; and the area directly outside of our door was quite filthy the entire 4 days of our stay (as was most of the hallway on the entire 4th floor).
