"The hotel did not have my Expedia reservation. They were very accommodating unlike Expedia whose solution was here’s a refund in 7-10 days. Expedia has poor customer service and cost me additional funds because of their incompetence. Don’t use their website."

"The room was pretty dated for sure. Older carpeting that should be changed. Room could use a refresher and a good cleaning. Overall it served the purpose of a place to stay for the night."
