「The room was very clean and the overall facility was kept clean as well. The breakfast was well-stocked and fresh, with fruit that was in good condition. Our only concern was the hair dryer and lights in the bathroom. The hair dryer had some kind of short in it that would kick in if you ran it on high for more than 30 seconds (and then it would not run again until the hair dryer cooled off). 「Beautiful place right by Mount Rushmore The best part of this place is their restaurant they have such good breakfast lunch and dinner And it's right by everything you need to see Furthest thing that you might want to see as dead wood which is one hour Totally recommend this place. 「There was a cleaning rag left in the bathroom. One of the hand towels had dirt on it, like it had not been washed. Beds sit very low and when the people above us walked across the floor it sounded like they were coming thru our ceiling」

「Hot tub was trained upon our arrival. Water was cold, so unable to use during our stay. Hotel staff and Expedia customer service did not provide a solution to resolve this. Traveled with small children and two of the visible and easy to access outlets did not have covers on them.」

「Staff - Horrible had to check me in 3 times , keep calling didn't even know who was in the room even after the 3rd time checking in. Charged my card when the hotel was paid for in full online , breakfast below average for price.」

「It was close to our area of travel and reasonably priced. Main building was very nice that contained the office and breakfast area/lounge. Room was tighter than expected and would be very hard to accommodate 4 adults (we had 3 of us) with luggage and two queen beds in a small cabin. We did lose hot water on our second morning.」
