"No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba . "We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

"Simple attic studio was great for a short work trip to Brussels. Located just around the corner to most of the EU buildings and with everything you need for a quick meal at home. The heating worked well, bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. My only complaint would be other guests who smoked - while they stayed 2 floors below the apartment I stayed in, you could still smell the smoke through the pipe system in the kitchen. "The property is very well located in terms of access to central Brussels. However, it lacks any form of functioning heating. Though we complained about this on the first day of our stay, no action was taken to rectify it. Additionally, there was mould in the bathroom as there was no way to open any windows. The entrance of the property was very untidy, with lots of empty boxes. The sofa bed was stained. "
