Location is what you paid for this place. Im solo traveller, i had the two twin bedroom with private washroom of my own. So it was enough space for me. "This is the most budget friendly and convenient place to stay if you’re looking for an option to be close to the Incheon Airport. The instructions to get to the place were very clear so it was easy to find. The room is fully equipped with everything you need (washing machine, microwave, kettle). Most importantly is the free airport bus shuttle which is literally 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again! "

"It’s not worth the money. It says it has a shower and a private bathroom but there’s no hot water to have a proper shower. And there was no toilet paper. When I asked for toilet paper they said the delivery will come later and he cannot do anything about it when he could just go buy some and provide for his customers. I called for the hot water too and he said he’ll send someone to fix it. No one did. The bed wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Dusty and with hair on it. Not worth it. Find something...

"We saved so much by staying at the Ryu Guest House instead of a Marriot or Holiday Inn. It was like apartment studio living abroad in Sinsadong, Gangnam, Seoul, SK. Everything was walking distance to Metro, Food, Groceries (CU Market), Bars (Kompact Record Bar), Coffee Houses (Milestone) and Garosugil (Trendy Area). We felt very safe as well. "All information and instructions to get to hotel and airport using free shuttle bus was extremely helpful. The detail explanation with pictures is amazing. The facility was a little outdated though. There are only 3 dining places in the building, however the foods were very tasty. I would highly recommend for a short stay nearby ICN airport. "

"To start with there wasn’t a clear directional instruction to locate the guesthouse.... the room is really small and you’ve wires and cable all exposed on the counter top. All the cabinets n drawers are being used by owner except for one unit above the fridge. And a flickering light that’s so annoying but I didn’t even bother to complain. Toilet although is bigger than the other room but the toiletries are placed on top of the cistern with a half squeezed tube of toothpaste there ...! And...

"Brand new, affordable, great rooms for the price. The only downside is the lack of good view as the nearby area is under development and you just see construction and buildings with low occupancy. Hopefully things will change as the development finishes in the next couple of years."
