The property was fuctional and clean, but it is older building. Staff's friendliness made up for what was lacking in modern furnishings and accommodations. It is still a functional and reasonably priced stay for a traveler needing basic room and board. Close to shops and restaurants also gives appeal to the area.

Wonderful place to stay for few days. I had my own room with its bathroom. If you like to interact with others, you can stay in the 6 people room. Staffs were very nice and their service was great. There is a train station nearby (approx. 10 minutes of walking - Yeongdeungpogu office station). Have many convenience stores and good and affordable restaurants nearby. Would love to stay here again.

I feel really safe in the guesthouse. They prioritize your personal space and privacy. The staff are outstanding. The room is neat and tidy. The price of using the laundry is reasonable, W8000.They accept credit cards as your mode of payment.

Super basic accommodations. Very squeaky beds and hard mattresses. For the price, we were fine with it, but if we had more money, we would have stayed elsewhere. One super small towel provided; bring a towel! Walkable to some areas to eat and shop. Walkable to metro.

Thank you for hosting us. The Apollo is a very cute place for a small budget. Especially, the service was incredible and the hosts were very courteous. The surrounding is very quite and has a lot of food places. The BBQ right next to our accommodation is highly recommended. Besides of that, you can tell that the building is quite old and not in a good condition anymore, which is very unfortunate. Also the extractor in the bathroom is very dirty.

Great value for money accomodation. Close enough to a station, to connect to other areas. A few coffee shops and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Shower hot. The whole floor was highly heated and the remote to the air con was missing unfortunately. Bed was quite small and the blanket was barely enough to cover two people. All in all would be happy to stay again.

The room is very clean that better than I expected. It is good that there is drinking water supply in the ground floor. The room is not very small, I think the size is okay to open two suitcases at the same time. There are only two shelves, but no table / chair to place the stuff. There is no 24 hour receptionist, and the room lock is almost broken but still works. It made me feel a bit unsafe. The staff and guests are almost foreigners and nice too. The hotel is a bit far from the main area, need to walk a bit to the subway exit and you still need to walk a bit to the platform after entering the exit. 4 subway stations to Hongdae and 4 stations to The Hyundai Seoul.

The owner is extremely kind and overall extremely helpful, which is always really great to see. The rooms overall are very good quality for the price, coming with very comfortable bedding, really incredible A/C (which was a godsend with summer here being as hot as it is), and very fast wifi. However, it was not without issues as the room I was staying in had water damage from recent rain which did unfortunately lead to many mosquitos entering the room. This issue, on top of things such as the room having very few useable electrical outlets, fresh drinking water only being able to be found in the stairway on the first floor, and the kitchen being similarly plagued by mosquitos; do sadly bring my rating down as I feel they are issues that could have been better solved. However, none of these are MASSIVE problems either so as a whole I do wholeheartedly recommend this property!

Great bang for your buck based on where we were. Super close to two subway lines located close to almost everywhere we were planning to go. Staff was super friendly and the room had everything we needed. Was surprised how quiet it was to sleep considering it was just as busy of an area as anywhere else in Seoul. Would stay here again!

It was clean, the shower had hot water, and the air conditioner worked well. There were two convenience stores and an E-mart nearby. It would be perfect if there was a refrigerator in the room. I also want a table.

It is a property specifically meant for non-Koreans. The bathrooms are generally Korean in style i.e. the shower area and the toilet are combined and therefore there is no wet/dry area in the bathroom. The sleeping area on the other hand is similar to a hostel you would find in Lisbon or Barcelona. As far as powering up your devices are plenty of sockets available. The WIFI is pretty strong in every room and in the public areas as well. It is located between 2 stations on the Metro on line 2.

The price is reasonable and room space is quite big compared to other similar hotel tier. Downside is the provided towel is musty after several uses. The provided towel is available to collect at 2nd floor but it was run out most of the time during my stay so I have to use the musty towel for many days.
