"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. "We only stayed 2 days of our week in Coron. Had to ask for the water to be turned on both days to flush toilet or shower. The photo on the website is 20 years old. Room does not look like the photos. We have a person with a walker he couldn’t get into his room because they put their inventory in the hallway and partially block the entrance. We asked they to clear the way but they did not. They say the are PWD friendly. They are not. "

"This was the nicest place we stayed in our lives. We stayed in the sunset suite. It was fantastic. I don’t even have words. It was clean and they thought of everything to keep their guests comfortable We had a mobile phone provided in our room which we could use to ask for food or extra towels for example The staff were extremely accomodating and each one went above and beyond. They even had someone coming to move the kayaks at night so they didn’t disturb the guests during sleep It was unbelievable and would suggest it to anyone. The water is crystal clear and the location is phenomenal"

"The breakfast was a bit basic but room nice apart from old Carrier aircon noise. There was a TV problem that the fixed. The pool area was very nice with shade and sun and was quiet and well kept. The building was VERY well maintained and the staff very helpful and friendly including competitive tour and taxi to airport bookings."
