「Judith and her team were most accommodating. Very quiet and restful property. transfers to/from airport and with dugong dive center were all organised for us. Food was great and overall excellent value for money. Only downside was WiFi was very limited. Would recommend property」

「I had a wonderful week at Sangat Island Dive Resort. Really I cannot overstate how special the place is. 「The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend...

Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel....
