Fantastic hotel with great food and clean room and bathroom. Not really a direct ocean view but the remaining amenities made up for that. Had a valentine’s dinner and breakfast the following day.

Overall, the customer service and hospitality is excellent! Especially during our private excursions, and morning brunch was always great! My only negative comments would be to remove all the debris and trash from leftover construction materials on the side of the hotel, very much an eye sore for the customers. The pool needed chemical treatment as the water was green. Lastly, our AC did not function well on our last day.

This hotel is not a 4 star and honestly I wouldn’t book this if you had a choice. Positives are large rooms, if you go for suite. If you don’t the beds are only double beds and sunsets are lovely. Negatives- location is next to local housing and there is noisy cockerels and they have open fires which means all the rooms smell of smoke and your clothes do. (This isn’t the locals fault, this is their home) Breakfast isn’t great, very limited choice. You have to pay to take a towel outside the the hotel for trips, which is a joke.

Everything was amazing in this establishment, this place has made in my top 5 hotels. Staff are super friendly and very professional. They are always ready to assist. The food was 10/10 and the restaurants 10/10 I would comeback to this property

Breakfast buffet was delicious. Chef made homemade Filipino breakfast. Staff were very attentive from receptionist to drivers. Csmn goes above and beyond in the house restaurant. Erika gave an amazing Hilot massage. Maintenance staff responded right away when there were technical problems with the AC and safe box. Love the happy hour at the pier with spectacular view of the bay. There was construction in many areas of the resort hence I took off one star for cleanliness of the property.

First off the staff are amazing always friendly and attentive particularly Deo. Breakfast is not four star very limited choices nothing international in anyway and always stone cold in the seven days we were there. Wifi a complete joke non existent even after being given the code for the admin wifi this should be a priority as the Hotel is in a complete dead spot for cellular signal for both smart and globe had to go into town to download boarding passes for return to manila, rooster in the village over the wall directly behind the bedrooms wakes you at 3am and dogs constantly barking. Towels to take on a day trip 150 pesos to hire i can understand a deposit so return but never been charged before. Plus point the sunsets from the pier are amazing

Number one thing that we loved about Bacau Resort are the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. They know how to handle and take care with their customers. The rooms were clean and cozy. Although the room service food was slightly disappointing, overall we would still highly recommend this.

Really great stay...the location is awesome. Fantastic pool area and massage services...clean hotel and we set up tours in the lobby...transfers to airport were good...GREAT breakfast included. We would definitely stay there again...

Loved the hotel and grounds and pier/dock overlooking the water. Welcome beverage and nightly cookies were a sweet unexpected treat. Close to town w/ little moped-taxi's that were always available. Pool was great, and we did tapas daily by the pool. Would stay again.
