We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time.

Everything was perfect. Staff is excellent. Location is quiet. Breakfast was good. The door of our room was not sealing from outside so a couple insects came inside but no big deal.

Decent value overall, but little rough.

Staff was helpful, nice, and courteous, but we had issues with simple things, like requesting a room cleaning, to which everyone said yes but did not happen. We had to have it done late in the day after returning from a day of diving. Room is small, nowhere to sit except the bed. Shower leaked into the bathroom, needed extra towels to contain it. A/C was fine. Included breakfast was fine. Did not order from the restaurant, but saw others, mostly locals,eating there a few times. Not far from town but a bit of a walk, that said a trike costs 50-60 pesos (1 usd) so no big deal, and sari saris close by. No drying rack for clothes, so used the plastic chair outside,and the walkway railing.

This is a wonderful family owned hotel. The property is kept in good condition. The pool is fantastic. Theres no hot tub. But, its like 30°C everyday! Theres no gym. The rooms are a nice cozy size. The bed is very comfortable. Coffee maker and safe are provided, along with water. The street traffic can be heard majority of the day. In the evenings it lets up. The hotel would really be considered a motel in North America as its all open to to the outside by walkways upstairs and downstairs. I sat out in the mornings and enjoyed my coffee before going down to the hotel restaurant for an included buffett breakfast. It was a basic selection of rice, eggs, sausages, beans, sometimes beef or pork, bread/toaster and waffles. Fresh fruit - some days orange slices, other days bananas. They have Tang orange juice in a fountain. Somedays, theres brewed coffee, others its instant. You can book anything at the front desk - motorcycles, tours, airport shuttle. Theres no spa or massages offered at the resort. Theres a bar at the hotel. The restaurant is part of the lobby area. Theres a limited selection to choose from. McDonalds is 600 meter walk. Theres a restaurant in the hotel next door. But i didnt try it out. I would definitely stay at The Charms Hotel again. The staff are SO FRIENDLY! I was traveling solo and they invited me to their company Christmas party. They are so kind!

Great value for money and very friendly staff.

We’ve had a great experience at Charms Hotel. The room and facilities were always clean, including the great pool they have where you can relax. They helped us booking airport transfers and boat tours, so you don’t need to worry about much. Thanks to all the staff!

Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro do nosso quarto que não esquentava. Como eles não tinham como consertar, nos deram a chave do quarto ao lado para que pudessemos tomar banho lá. Isso só pode ser feito, pois tinham quartos vagos no hotel. Do contrario, não sei o que fariam.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. However overall This hotel felt way too expensive for the quality of the building/rooms and the location. Though maybe everything in coron is overrated? Our wifi did not work well at all and our hot water/water pressure wasn’t great. No window in the room.

Perfect small hotel on the outskirts of Coron Town. Within walking distance or 30 peso on a trike. The hotel was clean with small rooms. The bathroom was modern and the air con worked great. It also has a security deposit box. The pool was perfect for a bit of down time to chill out and the restaurant food was minimal but tasty all the same. Just be prepared at busy times to wait a little longer for your food. This is the same across all of Philippines. The staff were extremely polite. Airport transfers take 30 mins and cost 150 Peso pp and it gets added to you hotel bill. All in all perfect hotel if you intend on spending a few days island hopping.

There was electrical issue in our original room. However, the moved us immediately to another room to fix it. The next room then had safe box problem which was also addressed quickly... overall... it was a pleasant stay. Staff was good. If anything to improve on, it will be the buffet food, food should be warmer. They were in the warmer but they were cold.
