「Our party of 3 arrived the evening of Apr 3rd for a 3 night stay. The owner showed us to our cabin, and it was in terrible condition. The stairs were loose, the handrailing was rickety, the door didn't fit properly. Once inside, we could see it was poorly built, the bathroom was dirty, and it appeared not to have hot water, although we never had a chance to find out for sure. We went for something to eat, and then came back to the cabin for a shower and a nights sleep. My 2 friends were...

「The service is unbelievable. My favorite place we stayed out if 6 different places in Costa Rica. Be prepared for a 10-15 ride up to reception (the staff will come f Get you) as you are not able to drive your own vehicle to your cabin.」

「Rooms were clean and tidy but the kitchen was not. Coffee maker had mold, silverware and dishes were not clean, we ended up eating out instead of cooking. Pool was beautiful and clean. Property was a wonderful place to relax and explore. Proximity to town was great assuming you have transportation. Check out the garden Maze nextdoor.」

「Good place for staying in Monteverde, the owners are really nice, the place is super cool, has an amazing jacuzzi perfect for the weather, and the house is big two rooms with two baths! Don’t hesitate more and rent immediately, you will never regret. Kindly regards. CR」
