「Very friendly staff. Kind and chatty. We had a little trailer that they told us where to park that was well lit and felt secure. Our room was pet friendly because of our large dog. It was clean, smelled nice with the things needed to get through the night. It is on a quiet road and there were no fires (next door to a fire station). The window AC worked well, was kind of loud but our kiddos sleep with a noise machine. Great stay!」

「I stayed for 4 days and no one came to clean the room. I communicated with the front desk but it didn't work. I was also bitten by bed bugs and the front desk staff didn't deal with it. It was terrible.」

「Beautifully done cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Great downtown area for shopping and restaurants. Wonderful farmers market on Saturdays!」

「I need to travel to grass Valley for two months for my nursing program. I found this hotel and decided to book it based on the price and was not expecting much because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised! The unit is very big. When you first walk in, you have a bathroom area to the left and then a fridge and microwave on the right and then you walk down a few stairs into the actual room which is a very large space. It doesn’t come with a lot of extras, but it was definitely worth the price...

「I would stay again, except I would not want the same room. From inside, it opened out to a huge tree! No staff on site. Room was clean, although the bathroom sink clogged up our first day there. Overall, no worries. I would recommend.」
