「All the clerks were amazing. The hotel was clean. There was a gym in a pool. I wish I took pictures to post, but it was a very busy weekend. I would definitely stay again my family and I had an amazing time.」

「The facility was in good condition and the staff was friendly and met all our requests. One suggestion - it might be time for new mattresses. 3 of the 4 beds we used in our 2 rooms were sunk in the middle. 」

「The location of the Radisson is great. Lots of food and entertainment within walking distance. We ate at Trax Bar and Grille inside the Radisson, it was good, with a lot of typical pub style options. Room was clean, our only complaint was that tub drain was not. Lobby is amazing, very cool place for train enthusiasts. Would stay again, would recommend.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The check-in staff was great. My only complaint was the refrigerator in the room was not working and smelled bad.」

「Could not check in till after 3. So we weren’t able to put our luggage in our room and freshen up. Although later they offered a room to change and leave our bags. But we were running late at that time and declined. When we finally got in the room after 1 am the sink was not draining because the plunger was stuck down. We had 4 people in the room and only 2 bath towels. Not to mention $16 for parking is ridiculous since we were literally in the room for less than 7 hours .」

「This was the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. Despite having a legitimate reservation, we were treated like squatters and even had the police called on us. The staff was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the situation appropriately. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and embarrassing ordeal. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will never stay here again.」
