"I have stayed at this hotel twice. On this visit I was disappointed at the lack of service and disinterest. I could not understand their lack of willingness to help. The hotel is tired and showing signs of age and lack of investment. There are better hotels in the area in the same price bracket."

"We stayed there for three nights and were looking forward to use the onsen and spa. Unfortunately the onsen was not available due to maintenance during our entire stay. We asked for discount or coupon and got breakfast coupon. Luggage storage before and after check in/out is well organized. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely stay again and hope to use the onsen next time."

Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel

"The hotel was nicely designed. The room was spacious and very clean. The downside is that though the vibe and decor is young hip and cool, there were a lot of families with younger children. The breakfast buffet was very organized but felt like being in Disneyland with all the kids running and shouting. Plus at ¥4000, most expensive breakfast on my Japan trip. Cons: walkable to subway station and a grocery store in a quiet area."

"The hotel location is perfect. The facilities, size of the room were good size. They did not have all toiletries that other Hotels in Japan provide or the same category of even a lower tier hotel category. It was little disappointing that the Godzilla head terrace was close for the time we stay there."
