"The public baths were excellent for being in the city. Elevators take a bit of time so plan ahead if ypu need to be somewhere. Breakfast buffet very good. Easy to book, check in and check out. I would stay here again."

"Amazing hotel. Staff spoke good English and were exceptionally helpful at check in. We arrived early from our flight and able to deposit cases with an express check in at 3.00pm. Room was equipped with more than needed and the location enabled us to visit all our shortlist of attractions conveniently via the train network. Highly recommend a stay."

"Hotel in a good location close to the train station, shopping and nighlife. The only problem for me is the noise from the train(station) if you get a room facing the station, like in my case. Its quite annoying if you want to sleep a bit longer. Woukd i stay there again, yes, but only if it is guaranteed that i get a room that is facing the road, not the train station."

"All the rooms are clean. Staffs are very helpful. They have many Laundry machines that I was always able to use them. The only thing is that all japanese hotel Laundry dryers can only take a few clothes. If you fill them up, they will never dry. I only wish they had some amenities available at the front desk area fr3e for you to take. They provide minimal in room like toothbrush set."
