「First visit to Jalandhar was a good experience and was happy with the service overall. Breakfast was of a good standard with a variety of options. Room service was excellent with friendly staff. I was happy with my initial stay so I extended my trip and chose to stay longer. 」

「Friendly and professional staff. Rooms definitely need to be renovated. Black mould in my bathroom, mattress had spring coming out of it. Funky and dangerous looking exposed wiring behind bed. Windows don’t close, poor air circulation in corridors Restaurant was the only amazing thing about the hotel. 」

「This property is not a hotel but operating as function venue. Each night there are multiple parties with loud vibrating music being heard in the rooms till early hours of the morning. The staff are polite enough however our complaints of not being able to sleep due to the noise were ignored.
