They thoughtfully arranged for extra grab rails in the bathroom, which made a huge difference and showed genuine care and attention to accessibility. It gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. "Awful. No heating in the room dispite me upgrading to an executive room. No hot water. I do not recommend this hotel in the winter. I came home ill. For breakfast no juices whatsoever. Never again. I even complained to the general manager of the hotel. Apparently his email address doesn’t work."
