"The staff are lovely. Breakfast is fabulous, serving good quality products in a timely manner. The hotel is decorated to a very high standard. Located on a good position on the high street with good links to local shopping facikities and close to Gloucester and cheltenham."

"Very smelly. I know it accepts dogs but it just stunk of wet dog everywhere. They had to put plug ins along the corridors because they had so many complaints. So noisy aswell. Hardly any staff about. I didnt have enough bedding in my room either "
