「It's a nice place and the surroundings are peaceful and safe there. But there is only one staff at that day and all the service need to wait a little longer than expected. But the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.」

「Only problem we had was we were kept up all night by a weird off and on noise that sounded like an enormous leaf blower. The next morning we found out from staff that our room was close to the laundry shoot. We would have requested to be moved if we had figured out where the strange noise was even coming from. They should not book those rooms without warning the letting people know about the noise issue. On the good side, Mark lost his gold signet ring in the casino that he had worn for 45...

「Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum...

「Bought a pig-in-a-poke while driving. Just a stopover. Given a handicap room for no good reason. The shower sprayed more water into the room than was sprayed on the person in the shower and there was no directional capabilities. The commode seat was hanging on by a thread. Don't know the last landscaping was done. The "hot breakfast" was runny eggs and barely cooked sausage. Ran out of coffee. The apple "to go" was one day from rotten.」

「The property was updated, very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Rooms were clean, beds are a bit firm, but the rooms were mostly updated with newer decor. I love that our room had a peek-a-boo view of the lake behind it. The only complaint we had was that we asked for a room “refresh” (not a full clean) while we went out for the day and when we came back, the rooms had not been refreshed at all. No trashes emptied or towels given, so I had to empty our trashes since there’s no maid on...

「Everything was clean, staff was super nice and helpful and they even gave us some ideas of sights to see while we were there. We even enjoyed the nice park located right behind the hotel. It was really beautiful !」

「The room was initially nice and clean, as was the bathroom. Staff was friendly and personable. Only real issue was for a 4 night stay, only two towels were initially provided. i had to ask for more, which should not have been necessary. With the heat in Montgomery, plus with me going to rehearsal for a wedding and the actual wedding, I was taking more than one shower a day. If someone had checked the room for cleaning during the 4 days i stayed, they would have realized the shortage of towels....
