「Worth it」

「The room was descent. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The bathtub had some kind of debris in it. THE guy at the front desk was not friendly but not mean. The hotel is old but okay for an over night stay. I would not stay more than one night.」

「Our first impression of the hotel was not a good one unfortunately. When we arrived there were about 8 to 10 smokers standing around the front entrance under the awning near the front door and you had to walk through it to get inside. It appeared there was a designated smoking area just across the parking lot where one person was smoking but apparently no one followed her lead and no one said anything about it. 「The women who checked us in was rude she acted as if we were bothering her to check in. We were never told about any amenities or even where the elevator was located to get to our rooms. She saw us walking away with our luggage headed in the wrong direction to get to our room and said nothing. A person in the lobby saw us with our luggage and told us where the elevators were. When we got to our room to relax for a while, I moved the pillow and the pillow had lipstick and I'm assuming it was...

「Room was spacious, and clean, if a bit dated. Front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Evening check in clerk was abrupt, bordering on rude.」

「Only issue was the garbage disposal was locked up. Couldn’t run it to clear out whatever was in there. Odor was bad. Had to keep the drain cover on to keep the stink out of the room. Also, there was a problem with the parking lot arms. They never worked consistently either going in or out. They must get that fixed!」

「Dalvonta at the front desk was one of the best customer service people ive ever encountered. From check in, during the stay, till check out. Ive been in customer service my entire life. I'm 48. Truly top notch. The hotel itself is great, very clean and next to many places to eat, drink, and shop. 5 stars and 100%recommend. You wont be disappointed.」
