「Nice cottages with very well equipped kitchen with dish washer oven stove coffee maker toaster and even a blender, everything you have at home. Laundry is quite convenient, heavy duty washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom is well designed. The sofa bed downstairs wasnt too comfy but acceptable. Checkin/out were all self service instructed thru emails. overall quite a pleasant stay at this lovely place.」

「Angela was so kind and welcoming. This inn felt like home. The breakfast was delicious and made to order each morning. We were about a twenty minute walk from the center of Newport. It was far enough away that everything was so quiet. We commented several times that we could not hear anyone in the other rooms coming and going. 「We had a room at the front of the house. It was remarkably quiet even though it faced the street and was near the front porch. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. The air conditioner kept the room cool without blowing cold air directly on us which is always a plus!
