「The hotel has recently been refurbished but still has the ‘old’ side which you can select the room for stay if you are interested in this historic experience. Those rooms will be available for cheaper prices as well. I chose to stay at the ‘newer’ side for my accommodation this time as they are usually more comfortable for a good night sleep. I was correct and the room looks amazing and spacious too! What a wonderful refurbishment with great designs. Staff were also very helpful and friendly...

「The hotel was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lee was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure we knew about the breakfast arrangements, especially as we had an early departure the next morning. We were really impressed and would happily stay here again.」

「it is in the old town center and just next to the main attractive points like cathedral. as it is a building over 500 years old, so no lift but wooden stairs only (but this is the reason i stay here). Shared toilet and bathroom is good (and you can enjoy the cathedral view when you are "relaxing"). 」

「The Staff is great! Su was amazing! They have great happy hour! :-) I completely recommend it, the rooms with balcony have an amazing view!! The only thing I will recommend to the hotel is to care bit more of the cleanness. The cleaning lady's are great people but they need to do the cleaning bit better. If gets better cleaning I will give an extra star. 」
