"Spotlessly clean and well furnished accommodation, punching way above its weight as a guest house. Room (#5) was very comfortable, with tasteful furnishings/fittings and well thought out use of space. Nice balcony (with a couple of chairs and a small table) overlooking the seafront. Jo and Buzz were gracious hosts and could not have been more helpful during our stay. Breakfast excellent - eggs benedict especially recommended. Free parking either on street, or in nearby car park. "Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic. The staff were brilliant and so helpful. Better fan needed in rooms or AC would be great. If weather became bad. Only terrestrial tv channels. Boring. Sky would be a bonus."

"Would have liked a bigger bed"

"Turned up to be told the manager was out and wouldn’t be back for half an hour at least, so we couldn’t check in. So had to sit and wait (we were supposed to be getting ready for a wedding). Manager treated us as though we were some sort of nuisance wanting to check in. So after nearly 45 min she arrived and asked for a £200 deposit… this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing.
