「Just a quick overnight stay. Everything was great. Very clean, well-staffed.」

「1) Make sure the AC works (room 230 didn't work properly. It stayed in the 75 degree range). 2) Make sure the ice machines work (2nd floor ice machine did not work). 3) If you advertise a hot tub please have one available. (It looks like the one area where a hot tub was supposed to be is permanently covered). 4) The elevator sounds like it need some work (Gear grinding noise going up and down, possible safety hazard? ). 5) Overall, the place looks and is rundown and not well kept 😑! 「Breakfast was very good and service was professional and very kind staff only negative I would say is the pool room was very hot and humid and water temp was freezing but still a nice area for kids to play and have fun.」

「Rented it for our HVAC installer and his help for the week. They said it was very nice, beds were comfortable and it was clean. Also having a full kitchen was a huge plus and not to mention the nice pool to cool off after working in the heat all day.」

「We arrived Friday night for a weekend stay. The last working Friday night was great! Saturday morning we had a request and Anthony helped us. He went above and beyond to accommodate our situtation. Can’t thank him enough. The breakfast attendant didn’t get her name but she was the sweetest. Overall the staff 10/10. The hotel was clean, we’d stay here again.」

「Excellent stay. My only real complaint was the complimentary breakfast. The OJ was watered down. It didn't taste good. The eggs were flavorless and soggy. And there wasn't enough seating. There wasn't an open table to sit when I ate breakfast. But other than that the stay was very good. Clean room, nice staff, plenty of parking.」

「Bed looked like it was slept in... Thermostat was locked and un-adjustable... No drinking water or breakfast or any food for that matter as advertised. No live TV (only paid apps tv were available (Was there during the World Series... not cool) But the coffee maker worked. Good work guys!」

「Room was pretty dirty. I also was supposed to have one king size bed and they gave me a queen. There was stuff splattered all over the walls and hair left all in the shower. Carpets were covered in what looked like carpet powder. Could definitely use an update. Also breakfast was very scarce. They had a waffle maker and some cereal/ fruit / yogurt.」
