This hotel is good location and lots of business people stay. I did not use but they have restaurant, hot spring, happy hour, etc. It's all convince for guests

It was very good. Service was nice. We had 2 rooms (deluxe twins) with breakfast. Clean. But, even when the state of emergency was finish, the breakfast was served as a bento (lunch box), not like normally should be, a buffet. Other than that the stay was great.

Though WiFi is available, it should have been great, if LAN was ready to use as I would like to establish local network under portable router covering my amazon fire stick, mobile phone and laptop. Moreover, TV's HDMI ports are completely unavailable, being covered by wall. So, I decided to move to another hotel which is newer and has relatively smaller rooms with latest equipment selected with more sophisticated and customer-oriented idea. hope this hotel to invest on the facilities a little more penny.

The staff/hotel etc are all fine. But there is no normal staircase. There are only lifts, as far I could see. There was an emergency staircase on my floor but it was locked. This could be dangerous in the event of an emergency. I may be wrong but I could not see any unimpeded evacuation route.

The location is good as it is near to the station. Behind it, there is a shopping district for those who like shopping.

Good value for money. Spacious and clean room, great shower. Short walk to the station and city centre. Not a lot else but as we’re only looking for a good base to sleep and explore from this was ideal.

A great location and a nice friendly atmosphere! The big fireplace in the main lounge was welcoming. A few bits on the outside ground floor could do with a lick of paint .. but inside was nice a spacious, including the rooms. Enjoyed the outdoor hot pool/bath

I was following the rugby a Scotland supporter! Staff were very very helpful. I had lost/mislaid my credit cards and the staff telephoned the previous 2 hotels i had been in to enquire if they had possibly been found. With no success they then helped me to call my bank to cancel the cards and organise replacements to be sent to my home address, I can not speak to highly of the help I was given

Liked the breakfasts from 6pm to 8pm though you allowed a free drink which was a god send because everyone was locked inside in our rooms however all the tourist were here because of the rugby world cup and at 8pm they kicked us all out. Given the circumstances would of been nice if they allowed us (about 25 of us) to stay for 30 more minutes till the game finished.

You get a welcome drink on you first night. Breakfast buffet is an experience. Disappointing that there were no evening meals despite there being a typhoon so had to brave the elements. Made up for by the beer vending machine in the foyer.

Overall, a good budget option
Staff are fantastic and really made us feel welcome and helped us with a few luggage things - Despite the language barrier we all managed well! Breakfast is nothing fancy for a free breakfast but good variety. Rooms are dated and didn't realise they still allowed smoking in Japanese hotels, found it really difficult as we weren't used to the smell. Recommend you ask for a non smoking room if this would bother

The room was tiny. So tiny you could not have a suitcase opened unless you used the bed. The closet was so tiny you could not store an overhead bin carry on suitcase in it. Tiny. The room was clean, the employees very friendly and the breakfast had a lot of choices. The washer dryer was economical and worked fine. Th area was great..5 min walk to the station. This would be great for a solo traveler. We stayed in a double twin room

An average business hotel. 5 mins walk to Shizuoka station, breakfast and room have nothing to complain about but the public bath was pretty small, can't accommodate more than 3 people at one time. Although there's unit bathrooms in each room, for such a mid-size hotel I would still expect something bigger. And note that the bath closes at 11pm. Not a good suggestion to go during Golden Week as it was so packed that I had to get a queue number for breakfast.
