"I was very disappointed with the quality of services provided by the staff, particularly front office/reception staff. They did not seem to be well trained and professional in their approaches For example, I had to request them to arrange the welcome ritual and welcome drink for us. We had to wait to get the room even after reaching after 2 pm. They could not arrange a rented car in time for our travel to Rishikesh etc. etc. Only nice hotel building does not ensure appreciation from your guests. Please try to provide the quality services to every guest."

Then again, being next tthe Ganges without a screen might have been a hidden blessing for the soul. A Quick Tip for Next Time If you return to Haridwar, check if the hotel offers a pick-up service from the parking lot. Many premium properties near the ghats have their own dedicated e-rickshaws to ferry guests and luggage through the restricted zones. It sounds like you handled the delays with grace—and returning the "favour" with a late check-out is a fair trade-off!"
