"The location is perfect, very close to the train station and also close to dining options. They would come every day to change towels and pick up trash, by putting a magnet outside for change and pick up. Everything was clean when we arrived, and staff was really friendly and attentive, the coffee is really good at the hotel. "The location of the apartment is amazing, it is close to ikebukuro station, sunshine city, animate, and ichiran ramen is just 5 mins walk away. Even though it is so close to everything, it is rather quiet at night. The futons and beds were big and comfortable as well! The host was very hospitable and showed us around the place to let us know where to find everything we need. She was also extremely responsive to enquiries and tried to accomodate to our requests/check in times as much as possible....

Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights. "
