The staff are very welcoming and responsive and helpful.
I bought the half board. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. The location is also great, very close to the sites and nice cafes and restaurants. Strongly recommended! Would definitely stay longer for a week next time in Nikko. "

"We stayed here to cap off our 2 weeks in Japan and it was the perfect call. Nice and relaxing and pampering after Tokyo. Would come back here again and check out more of the Nikko area.
Staff were very kind. Facility was beautiful. All of the major shrines and temples are a walk away. "

"This property was beautiful, I wish I could have stayed longer. Great kitchen, spa room with bath, everything you needed and everything felt brand new. Location was a bit out of town and was either a bus, taxi or a long walk uphill. This was my favorite property in Japan. I would definitely stay longer next time. "

"We love the surrounding area of the hotel. Peaceful and so close to the famous Shinkyo Bridge and Toshugo Shrine. The walking track to the Kanmangafuchi Abyss was excellent. If you love nature, this is the place to go. We were lucky to experience the Spring Festival and enjoyed the warmth and hospitality of the small-town people.
