"The room was comfy and actually very spacious. Food near by closes super early so if you're walking keep that in mind. I would recommend an eye mask since the sun rises early and there are only blinds and not curtains! Other than that very charming place!"

"The room itself was impeccably clean, however there is no housekeeping during your stay, so you will have to be responsible for maintaining it. The laundry room is fine, if not a bit inconvenient since there's no coin machine and it only takes specific coins that the hotel doesn't have in stock. The location is excellent though, you can immediately walk to a famous historical site, and Kyoto station is only 5 minutes away on foot. Super safe and clean neighborhood."
