"Room clean. Staff courtesy. Checkout breakfast but didn’t eat in restaurant, few basic items yet expensive . Room not ready until after 4pm?. Only 2 front desk agents work hard at front desk with many guests waiting to pickup room keys or checkin. Small area for Taxis come in hotel on both directions . Too many bicycles parked around the hotel walkway making very difficult to walk the street outside hotel to the malls."

"Good location being near to the main shopping belt of Nanjing East. Convenient to take various train services at the People’s Park station nearby. Hotel services and cleanliness are of the Marriott standards."

"The shower was so strong and amazing, decent sized room and staff were excellent, very accommodating. The room I did get tho wasn’t two beds the same size, one was a double and the other was a single that moved around quite abit, other than the bed, there was no issues with the room. Fairly good experience. Staff helped me order what I needed almost every night! Very friendly "

"Very conveniently located. Walking distance (20 min) or 5 min by car from Hongqiao Train Terminal, which connects with many cities throughout China. 8 min by car from the Shanghai Convention center. Restaurants and shopping malls just a walk away from the hotel. Breakfast buffet very complete with great service. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I recommend this hotel if you need to go attend a major trade show in Shanghai and then you need to visit other cities for business. "

"Staff was amazing, they really did their best to accommodate us. Concierge was excellent as well. I think the highlight of our trip was the tennis court availability. Even though it was raining the days we wanted to play tennis, we loved that the option was there for us. The tennis court is outdoors"
