「Everything was very nice. Great location, the rooms are very well maintained, and the breakfasts are excellent. The one suggestion I would make is the water for taking showers at night was barely better than warm both nights we were there.」

「Absolutely great place to stay. The room was spacious and spotless. As was the rest of the place including pool and hottub! Breakfast was really good. Fresh coffee offered 24 hrs. The staff was outstanding. This place is reasonably priced and definitely on point with service!!!! A 10 out of 10. We will be back.」

「It was close to our area of travel and reasonably priced. Main building was very nice that contained the office and breakfast area/lounge. Room was tighter than expected and would be very hard to accommodate 4 adults (we had 3 of us) with luggage and two queen beds in a small cabin. We did lose hot water on our second morning.」

「For that price, the hotel was fine. It was clean enough. The breakfast was adequate. It was very close to Mt. Rushmore, and near the heart of Keystone. The A/C worked, and we got a room with six sleeping places without breaking the bank. We would stay there again because it was a good deal.」

「The room was very clean and the overall facility was kept clean as well. The breakfast was well-stocked and fresh, with fruit that was in good condition. Our only concern was the hair dryer and lights in the bathroom. The hair dryer had some kind of short in it that would kick in if you ran it on high for more than 30 seconds (and then it would not run again until the hair dryer cooled off). Once we figured out that was the issue, I ran the hair dryer on low, which kept it running but made the...

「Hot tub was trained upon our arrival. Water was cold, so unable to use during our stay. Hotel staff and Expedia customer service did not provide a solution to resolve this. Traveled with small children and two of the visible and easy to access outlets did not have covers on them.」

「The room was very clean. Hot tub was a perfect temperature. Cookies were a good touch! Check in out were easy. One concern...parking area was full due to guests not parking well. Took up multiple spots. Front desk instructed us to park in back lot. Could it be possible to instruct guests with cycles, trailers to park in back lot? 🤔」
