"Lovely staff and a nice room but the bathroom was freezing and the heating gets switched off overnight so the room was really cold first thing in the morning. Dinner was lovely and breakfast was OK. I would definitely stay again but perhaps not in winter as it was quite uncomfortable waking up cold (and I don’t struggle with cooler temperatures)."

"Staff was great, sadly the heater didnt work, and the little heater they provided did little to keep the room warm, in such terrible winter weather. And although the staff was amazing, they didn't offer any room changes or compensation. Thankfully we were able to find wool blankets at a near by store and bought 2 of them so that both my child and I could stay warm at night. So just think twice before you stay. I am sure the other rooms would be fine. "

"Staff were courteous. Room carpet very very dirty and stained. bathroom toilet holder too close to the seat causing discomfort / crimp. car park poorly designed and at a slant."
