「浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。」

「First time having a spa weekend away very friendly staff and the food in restaurant was second to none absolutely beautiful. I will definitely come again. Thank you!!!!!!」

「Friendly staff and clean, spacious room. Not easy to walk there from the rail station. However, One can get there easily through a steel bridge (which was not shown in the map) linking it to the Freeman’s Quoy Centre at the Peninsula, near the Premier Inn Durham. Good and reasonably priced dinner.」

「Nice and helpful staff Overall the facilities are ok but the flushing of the toilet wasn't strong enough Not many options of restaurants around but you can try using deliveroo to get what you wanna eat 」

「Overall, the room is warm and comfortable although it is relatively small, sufficient for move of one person. The bathroom is large and warm. One drawback is the location is not near to Durham town Center (35 -40 minutes walking distance) and go some slopes before reach the hotel. 」

「多天未有更換毛巾,就算放在浴缸內,也只是重新摺好,沒有更換, 同時位置在公路旁邊,如乘搭巴士要小心過馬路,沒有斑馬線或紅綠燈」

「Ignore the reviews, its cheap, very quiet, and ideal if you not expecting the savoy. Only negatives was broken accessability toilets, and bad kitchen, but u get what you pay for. Young guy on reception very helpful and friendly.」

「We were initially given a room on the first floor, but on returning after going for a meal, we were asked to move, to a room on the ground floor. After five minutes we were asked to move again to the first floor, next to our original room!. The receptionist was very apologetic. We think the bathroom needs updating, it has a shower over the bath, but no hand rails, so getting in and out, can be difficult, as there is nothing to hold on to.」

「住七天，但，用過的杯子沒有每次換新，浴室地板的毛髮，有次也沒清，只是換毛巾，擦洗手檯而已，其他都很好，櫃檯的接待人員服務態度很好。大廳很寬敞明亮。」

「I give a 3 star rating in the facility area as the beds and pillows fealt like I was sleeping on building site materials. The bed was solid like what I’d imagine sleeping on a concrete block would be like and the pillows were like sand bags. So uncomfortable I hardly slept but that aside I couldn’t fault the place otherwise」

「Nice overnight stay at Hall Garth hotel, just minutes off the motorway but no sound of traffic !!!!!, Staff are all very friendly and an asset to the business. Evening meal was very tasty as was the breakfast. They have closed the swimming pool but have Spa facilities but at a premium price of £15 for 90 minutes which in my opinion is over priced. Rooms a little dated but comfortable . Would certainly recommend and return. They also have their own golf course. 」

「We came to stay cos of a family emergency and booked late in the afternoon arriving late that night at about 22:45. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, the receptionist booking us in was very kind and polite and walked us to our room ensure we could use the door codes and knew where we where going, the staff regularly checked in on us to insure there where no issues with our stay, breakfast was included and staff where very attentive making sure we had all we needed.
