「Just ok」

「They reserved me a location that was't the one I was going to and when I go to the place they said there was nothing. Location issues completely. Everyone was rudeza they wouldnt even help me get a refund. It was a system issue.」

「AC in first room did not work. Front desk was very helpful in moving us to a new room. The AC there worked but was not great. Beds are not that comfortable. Hotel is outdated and in need of a remodel. Still a decent budget option with a decent breakfast offering if you are just looking for a place to get some rest.」

「I needed affordable, clean and comfortable. I got that. I stayed 4 nights. This is a small operation and will not thrill those looking for amenities but I’d choose Earth Inn again if I ever get back that way.」

「To be frank, we were skeptical pulling into Estherville about how nice the hotel might be. We were very pleasantly surprised at how updated and clean the hotel is. Very nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was on the simpler side but did not disappoint. Staff was polite and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!」

「Did not like my stay at all. I was laying in bed and had a bug crawl on me and there were bugs, quite a few in the bathroom. Needless to say I will not be staying at your hotel again. I did bring the bug which I took a picture of and brought it to the front desk after I took a picture in a paper towel and she disposed of it very quickly. Very disappointed」
