"I tried to check into this hotel. Upon my arrival, they informed me that the elevator was out of order. Then they informed me that they have no room rooms on the first floor. I am unable to climb stairs, but they were not able to give me the room I paid for. I am so upset with them because they will not refund me. I prepaid the room for 2 nights on Expedia and they refused to refund me. That is terrible. I think the American disability act needs to be informed of this place. How are they advertising their rooms without a functioning elevator? The front desk Girl said that the elevator had been out of order for several weeks."

"The room was clean but only had a single trash can with no garbage bags. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Asked for more and was told they would be delivered to our room after they were folded and never came. Overall a good stay though"

They also told me that the elevator had been out of order for a few weeks. I also overheard the staff talking about running out of coffee for breakfast. Needless to say that I will not ever stay here. Hopefully Expedia refunds me because I had To go to the Angler Hotel across the highway (which i highly recommend)"
