Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection
"The air conditioning didn’t work even the fan on the ac didn’t work. Would go 45 seconds to 3 minutes and quit. The toilet seal must have been leaking as the tank would refill every 15 minutes or so for a light sleeper it was difficult to sleep. We did report to staff in the morning"

"There weren’t many dining choices near the hotel, and free breakfast would have made things so much easier and more enjoyable. Still, the hotel was clean, peaceful, and the front desk staff were genuinely kind and welcoming."
