「Excellent」

「Front desk employees were fantastic. friendly and welcoming on arrival and helpful through visit. Only down side was the room had a slight odor of carpet cleaner. The air temperature control in the room did not work but it was repaired in quick order. Staff extremely responsive. Overall good experience and will use this hotel again」

「早餐一般，沒有讓我們覺得很美味。房間偏小，要全開行李箱困難😓」

「員工態度親切服務好.早餐準備得不錯.客房非常乾淨舒適」

「We got a room at the end of the hall and it was huge, which was nice. The whole property was really well maintained and clean. Beds were very comfortable and our stay was very quiet. Staff were excellent, breakfast was good. Would stay here again for sure!」

「The room is spacious and clean. However, after checking out, other guests and I were unable to access the parking lot and were stuck at the elevator, resulting in a negative experience.」

「clean and tidy, mattress a bit soft」

「The hotel is under major renovation and is leaking water in the lobby when we checked-in」

「Room is clean and quiet. Staff is nice. Limited choice in breakfast.」

「First off they gave me a key to an occupied room. Luckily there was a banner on door i didnt use the key. They mislabeled the key holder. But gentelman could have cared less. They advised room was remodeled as they where going through a remodel. It was not. Bar of soap was left in bathroom from previous guest used. Maybe all had to do with construction but not my best experience.」
