When I was checking out, they said they subtracted $10 for parking. I informed them that I wasn't aware of that, even when checking in. I was informed it's on the website. I didn’t book directly with hilton - Well maybe let that third party companies have parking as part of of check out process. Little things like this matter. Customer Service is important. And when someone complains, the least you can do is be empathetic. Telling someone it's on the website with no acknowledgement or empathy, doesn't look good. "
