「I was very pleasantly surprised. It is a rough neighborhood when you exit the highway. I was initially wishing we stayed closer to an exit or two to the south with a lot more around it. However, the building was secure with keycard only access and the room was renovated and clean. We went to bed at 9pm on a Friday night to get up at 3am and we didn't hear a thing. This is our new stay in KC place.」

「My name had been reversed in the hotel paperwork, but the staff quickly set that right. Breakfast was filling, although presentation could be improved. Room was clean, bedding appropriate, and shower was great. My wife would have appreciated a hair dryer in the bathroom.」

「The hotel is clean, the reception staff are great both checking in and out. Breakfast serves in the morning is amazing comparing to other hotel among the same hotel level. There are restaurants near by in the walking distance. The snack bar selling at the front desk is reasonable price. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. 」
