Clean for animal friendly

For animal friendly it is a very clean hotel. Our room had a dog odor that was gone after we ran the air. Staff was very friendly and super quick to refill breakfast.

Room had a couple places that could have been cleaner..Front desk lady was great, very friendly and engaging with my daughters. Very accommodating with our needs...The pool/pool room could definitely be warmer, water was extremely cold, but somewhat understandable with the weather outside in the upper twenties...overall a great stay, have stayed at this location before and would definitely stay again..

This is our second time staying at the property. It is always very clean and the staff was very friendly. It's a great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. The only issue we had was the noise. There was a large group at the hotel at the same time as us. The kids were running and being loud well into the evening.

Well we were greeted with double broken sliding doors that WE had to manually pry open to get into the hotel. Candy at registration was fine and friendly, but informed us our 2 night stay would not qualify for reward member points. Our room 216 was clean but the bed was very hard. A homeless family of 10 that we counted, was running through the hallways all day and night, including sleeping in the lobby. They obviously were living there full time since they were carrying loads of laundry to the facilities. Upon check out we were asked to sign a payment receipt again, after I informed them Candy had already had me sign the paperwork and I prepaid online. Very disappointing overall and unlikely to stay again
