"Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Would recommend the Gold level. Very good Gold lounge. Good canapés, afternoon tea and breakfast. Excellent service. Evanta was lovely and Max really stood out helping us with our questions and planning. He spoke perfect English and was really helpful. "
