Good hotel not fare from the convention center
The first room was clean but had a odder. Second room was better and had a air purifier. Staff was vary good. Not a lot of English specking employs but some. Most of China smokes so don't be surprised if a customer has a room door open and is smoking in there room so it fills the hallway with smoke. Good hotel not fare from the convention center. Good breakfast at the hotel. Grocery store with restraints across the street. If I was attending the convention center I would recommend the hotel.

overall it is ok.
Close to shops, can reach the Necc, hongqiao airport,metro station conveniently by taxi. However, it is quite far to the city. Hotel is not maintain well. We are given a family room, which is quiet and spacious.

Nice Surprise
Was plesently surprised how nice the room was. Staff was great and very helpful. Only complaint was street traffic a little noisy. Still slept fine.

We as business traveller just stayed for a night to take first train next morning for Hongqiao railway station near by. Location is convenient because of banks, metro station and many eating out options nearby. Hotel staff are attentive and helpful and can just manage with English. Breakfast was adequate if not excellent.

The first room that they gave us was not very clean with holes in the carpet and faced a very busy and very noisy city street. When I said that I need a better quite room I was told it would be 100 RMB more (about 20 usd). We paid the 20 extra and had to see 3 room to find a good one. The original price was good, but as my wife said "you get what you pay for". It was close to the airport but call a taxi because they do not have good shuttle service. The staff speaks little or no English. Probably will look at a different property next time, although it did turn out OK.

Reasonable price, spacious room size, have all the basic amenities, within walking distance to shopping malls, supermarkets & restaurants. Very close to airport, 7-8 mins, just cost ¥20 by taxi! Staff can speak reasonable good English & cheerful. Only drawback will be the overall hotel maintenance & cleanliness.

Confirmation does not mean to have a place to stay
I was confirmed the room by Hotels.com but could not check in due to no room available. Called Hotels.com CS but no one was able to help. I ended up staying at another poor hotel. Very frustrated.

Accommodation near Hongqiao railway and airport
I was confused from the mixed messages for feedback for this hotel and the experience. However I have found that it is a good hotel with clean and reasonable quality bathrooms. There are negatives like the décor is drab, the furnishings are a bit dilapidated and lighting is poor to do work. There is some airport and traffic noise but not a real worry. The worst part is that room pricing is erratic with staff changing pricing day by day and telling you that there are no rooms left then charging double the price and can only book one day at a time with reception which is a nonsense and makes travelling here unnecessarily difficult. The initial expedia booking was quite good. On the positive side there are some quality convenience stores across the road and some quite good places to eat nearby. Taxi from the Hongqiao airport is good.

Breakfast was included in our booking for 2 adults - we were initially told no free breakfast and then after complaining, only one person was allowed to eat. A/C did not work - room was 28 degrees Celsius and we could not sleep. Check-in took 15 minutes, and we almost didn't get our deposit back upon checkout because we didn't have the receipt on us (which we were not told to keep) A lot of noise from the street and airport.

Hotel near airport.
The room is spacious and has a plush feel though slightly worn. Bathroom is huge and even luxurious. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel looks much better inside than outside. I love the breakfast but some in our party preferred more western fares.

I can only recommend this hotel if you stay for business in Shanghai, since it is very close to the Hongqiao airport, but almost 1 hour away to the city center. The nearest subway stop (Qibao - line 9) is 2,5 km from the hotel.

One Night Stand
If you need a place to stay for one night, its ok. Any longer than that look elsewhere. It is close to the Shanghai Hongqiao travel hub, but the cab drivers can't access the hotel easily from the Shanghai Hongqiao travel hub, going from the hotel back to airport / train station much fasters that arriving

Horrible staff at the restaurant. If you do not speak Mandarin and look Asian, they give you the dirtiest looks and start to make fun of you in Mandarin and rolling their eyes. I've never experienced such rude staff in my life for a 3.5 star hotel

Perfect for layovers
only a few minutes from Airport, large rooms , very good price, only complaint was from cab driver that it was too close, bad luck I say for him. One if the best bathrooms of any hotel I have stayed in. Perfect for layovers

very near to Shanghai Hoanqiao Railway/Airport
It was just a makeshift arrangement for me, we had to stay one night in Shanghai. At hotel, everything is fine but just like many other hotels in China, nobody knows English at this hotel also. Anybody staying at this price would be highly satisfied if there were one English speaking member in their crew. My rating of 3 for Hotel Service is only because of English Language. Overall, a must stay hotel.

Modern, clean, quiet room. Close to Hangqiao train station (12 minutes via taxi). .Slow, problem filled check in to the hotel at the front desk. Regisrered at Yitel 3 times over the past week, and check in was problem each time.

房間很大，性價比高！
基本上性價比很高，雖然看的出來比較舊，但是房間很大，也滿乾淨的。如果目的是商務(需靠近機場)或是去附近的七寶觀光應該都不錯。

近虹橋空港
虹橋空港から的士２０元程度です。虹橋空港行きの免費バスもありますが、８：００の次が１２：００・１４：００・１６：００と不便です。地下鉄の航空路駅までは、徒歩３０分。古北地区まで的士３５元位。部屋も清潔で良いのですが、隣の中国人が朝６：００頃から大ボリュームでテレビを点けたので、迷惑そのもの。朝食会場も、団体が入っていたせいか、座る場所にも困難しました。その一団が去ったら静かなものでしたが・・・。全体的には価格と立地条件を勘案すれば、良いと思います。買い物にも困りません。

方便趕火車飛機的酒店
酒店比較旧，房间还算清潔，酒店附近有大型商場。是次安排入住園境房，境观不錯，夜晚十二时还有飛機飛過。最差的是早餐，因一早趕車，只有在酒店吃，加了58/位，不趕时间可到对面商場吃，有很多選擇。

Muy buen hotel, muy buena ubicación con centros comerciales cruzando la calle, zona tranquila, para ir a la estación del metro mas cercana que es qbao se debe ir en taxi y está a solo 5 minutos, el único pero es que muy pocas personas del staff hablan ingles pero eso no es inconveniente tratan de colaborar al máximo, hay servicio de wifi gratuito en el lobby y en la habitacion muy bueno, el desayuno es variado tipo buffet el baño es muy amplio y con tina de agua.

硬件軟件都不達標
房間空調極差，電視畫面嚴重不清晰，還有房內WIFI訊號微弱，要向前台更換多次密碼才成，但還是很慢。離開時向前台要了一部出租車去虹橋機場，下車竟然要付RMB60，先前並沒有說明，我以為打的到機場，車程不會過5分鐘，車費應該不超過RMB20! 可是.....

立地、客室の快適さほぼ満足
上海虹橋でのトランジットに利用しました。空港からタクシーで15分くらい25元。 カード支払いでもデポジットは300元預けます。 周辺に商業施設も多数あり時間があれば買い物も楽しめました。 部屋は広さも十分、バスタブ付きシャワー、トイレも離れているので日本人にはうれしいです。 翌日早朝の出発だったのでタクシーを予約したら白タクで、40元取られたのがちょっと、、、でした。 英語も中国語も不自由で身振り手振りでしたが、フロントの方は比較的親切でした。

ベットがかゆい。ダニでもいるかもしれませんね。 低層のためか、蚊に悩まされた。 下町のようなロケーションで夜中までうるさい。 ネットの接続もよくなくて、メール送受信にかなり時間がかかりました。部屋でメール処理などの仕事するのは難しいかと思います。

お値段通りの宿
中国の安宿に慣れた私にとっては、豪華ホテルでした。値段もそれなりにお高く、もう二度と泊まれないようなホテルでした。 英語が通じる。 午後11時まで売店があいている。空港と宿間は無料送迎。(10分) ただし、上海南駅に着いた私は、ホテルまでのアプロ－チを調べていかなかったので苦労しました。 タクシ－で20元のはずが「100元」と駅構内のネ－ムタグを付けたインフォメ－ション担当者に紹介されて無視。 公共バス10番路線乗り場に向かうも、めんどくさくなって、自ら白タクと交渉し50元で行きつきました。 注意したいことは同系列・同名のホテルが10キロ程度離れている場所にあります。 2泊目の夜、友人のお抱え運転手に送ってもらったのですが、間違えてしまい、それに気付かず車を帰してしまった私は、この晩もタクシ－利用となってしまいました。(ホテルのカ－ドを見せたのに・・・・・) 地下鉄駅にはホテル向かいのバス停から3つめ(2元) 地下鉄は便利です。

ホテルスタッフの対応は全くの無表情でまるでロボットと話しをしているようでした。気にならない方なら良いのですが、渋滞から要約辿り着いたのが更にストレスが溜まる始末です。上海市内は展示会が催されているので今回のホテルを取るしかありませんでした。
