It's a good hotel. Transportation is very convenient. However, the laundry is closed from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which is inconvenient. The front desk doesn't provide much tourist information.

A lot of building work taking place opposite but it's only 5 mins from a Metro station, well located, clean and the staff are helpful - I'd stay here again

The staff was hospitable and helpful. If there was a language barrier, Google translate to the rescue. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Food prepared well with great presentation. The laundry facilities were a definite plus. I would definitely stay here again.

the property has a good localization clise to metro and within walking distance from the Bund. The breakfast is good, the stuff helpful Unfortunately the bar with a nice outside view closes already at 10 PM Slightly disappointing in this kind of property was a charge of 35 yuan for a room card lodt in thd room but it is not that important....

My second time staying here & have enjoyed both times! The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Shanghai – no cramped vibes at all. Staff were super friendly and made check-in/out a breeze. The rooftop terrace is a major win with good city views. While it's not right on the Bund, it's an easy 15-min walk to Nanjing Road and the action (plus you're in a more local area with great food options). Not far from Yu yuan garden too which is a bonus. Perfect for travelers who want a relaxed stay with easy access to Shanghai's hotspots.
