"The location, staff, parking breakfast options and ease of use of the hotel were all great. My kids loved the pool and waterslide. My biggest complaint was that we reserved a room with a sofa bed for the extra fee and it was absolutely unusable. While sofa beds by design are not the most comfortable, this one was more spring than mattress. Even lying the mattress on the floor didn’t help. So we’d gotten a room so the parents could sleep on their own and the kids could share a bed and that wasn’t an option. After long day of travelling, this caused some undue stress at bedtime; all you parents can relate. Outside of that, would stay again- just don’t bother with the extra sleeping arrangements."

"Sparkling clean hotel, I love laminate flooring instead of carpet that can get crunchy! Great checking, friendly guy. A couple free waters and chips as a welcome! There’s no coffee pot or kettle for tea in room, the only negative I can find. Great value!"
